On 8 September 2025, the severely decomposed remains of a 15-year-old girl, who had been reportedly missing for a year, were found inside the trunk of a Tesla parked in an impound lot in Los Angeles.
Prior to the discovery, an employee of the impound yard reported a foul smell coming out of the Tesla, prompting authorities to launch an investigation.
The case has been highly associated with singer D4vd, whose behind the viral TikTok songHere With Me, as the vehicle was registered under the singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke.
Now, newly released photos of Celeste Rivas with the rising singer D4vd and Twitch streamer Neo Langston, who is well-known online as NeoTheAsian and a close friend of the singer was shared by private investigator Steve Fischer. The investigator said that the photographs ignite possible evidence of who Rivas was with before.
In an X post,Private investigator Steve Fischer, hired by the owner of theHollywoodHills property that D4vd had been renting for approximately £15,700 ($20,000) per month, released new photos of Rivas with D4vd and Langston.
He claimed that on 31 December 2024 at around 10:00pm, several people, including Rivas was in D4vd's house.
Although Rivas was not clearly visible in the photos, the PI believes she was 'present.'
Fischer added, 'The iPhone she had previously been pictured with appears to match the phone and case seen on the table, along with a Hello Kitty mug.'
'Another photo, which appears to have been taken by David, shows what are likely Celeste's fingers on a bottle,' he continued.
Fischer then pointed out Rivas' phone, he said, 'The phone that is likely Celeste's appears to be on the WiFi settings screen and connected to the WiFi network. Even though iPhones use a "Private WiFi Address" feature, the address remains fixed for a specific network, meaning it stays the same each time that device reconnects to that router.'
