Gold Rate Today:Gold prices remain volatile across domestic and global markets, with fresh data showing mixed trends in spot and futures segments. According to the All India Sarafa Association, 24-carat gold in Delhi touched Rs 1,56,700 per 10 grams (including all taxes). At the same time, gold futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) slipped slightly to Rs 1,556,87 per 10 grams, compared to the previous close of Rs 1,55,761.

Notably, gold futures had climbed to a record Rs 1,80,779 per 10 grams on January 29. In the international market, spot gold advanced to $4,918.64 per ounce, reflecting firm global cues.

IBJA Rates: Where Gold Stands Today Across Purities

According to data released by the Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), gold was trading at Rs 1,51,584 per 10 grams on Thursday morning, while GoodReturns reported the price of 24-carat gold at Rs 1,54,340 per 10 grams. The yellow metal had earlier touched an all-time high of Rs 1,79,010 per 10 grams on January 29. As per the latest IBJA data, 24-carat gold stood at Rs 1,51,584 per 10 grams, 22-carat gold at Rs 1,38,851 per 10 grams, and 18-carat gold at Rs 1,13,688 per 10 grams.

According to the All India Sarafa Association, gold of 24 carat purity fell by Rs 300 to Rs 1,56,700 per 10 grams (including all taxes) in the bullion market of the national capital Delhi. Spot gold rose about 1 percent to $4,918.64 per ounce in the international market.

On the futures front, gold for April delivery on MCX climbed Rs 1,297 to Rs 1,52,715 per 10 grams, with 1,557 lots traded.

Globally, prices in New York gained 0.89 per cent to $4,981 per ounce.
