The radical left has turned our nation’s capital into a dangerous, lawless warzone but the victims of their disastrous policies are finally fighting back.
At the East Room event celebrating the 100th anniversary of Black History Month, Forlesia Cook took the stage and electrified the audience with raw emotion and unfiltered truth.
She recounted years of marching and rallying for justice after her family’s tragedy, only to be met with silence, until President Trump sent his team to her home and brought real solutions like the National Guard.
Cook’s 22-year-old grandson, Marty William McMillan Jr.,was brutally murdered in cold bloodin 2017 after meeting someone online.
On April 23, 2017, he left home to meet a woman he connected with on the Plenty of Fish dating app. He never came back.
His remains were discovered months later on the side of a highway in Maryland, shot seven times and discarded like trash in the woods. It took until January 2018 for authorities to officially identify him.
Forlesia Cook absolutely torched the entire Democrat Party at President Donald Trump’s White House Black History Month celebration on Wednesday.
Forlesia Cook: “I like him, too. One thing I like about [Trump]—he keeps it real, just like Grandma. I appreciate that because I can trust him, because he tells exactly how he feels and what he thinks. Thank God for this president.
I am filled—my cup runneth over—because he allowed his constituents, his people, to come to my house to interview me, to talk about the murder of my grandson. It seemed like nobody cared.
I’m an advocate for murder victims. I marched, I rallied, I pulled out other families in the District of Columbia that had murders and did not have answers.
