Roslyn High School varsity girls golfer Lara Cohen was recognized at the Thursday, June 4, board of education meeting for winning the 2026 Nassau County Golf Championship.
Cohen captured first place at the county championship, establishing herself among Nassau County’s top high school golfers.
Athletic Director Michael Brostowski commended Cohen for her performance against the county’s elite competitors and praised her consistency and competitive excellence throughout the season.
Board of Education President Meryl Waxman Ben-Levy presented certificates of appreciation to Cohen and Roslyn girls golf coach Kathleen Dwyer in recognition of their accomplishments.
