A man was arrested and charged for mowing down a family with his car and fatally shooting a couple’s 3-year-old girl.

21-year-old Alexander Lamar Banks Jr. ran down 3 adults and a child as they were walking on a sidewalk last Friday and then got out of his car and began shooting at them.

Banks fatally shot the couple’s 3-year-old girl, Harlow.

A Good Samaritan who tried to intervene was also seriously injured.

“Paige and Cameron are a loving family who recently experienced a devastating attack. Both parents were injured, and tragically, their young daughter lost her life,” the family’sGoFundMesaid.

“Paige was our daughter’s nanny, and her little one became our girl’s very first friend. She quickly became a cherished part of our lives, caring for our daughter with warmth, love, and dedication,” they said.

“As friends and members of the community, we want to rally around Paige and Cameron to help ease their financial burden. All funds raised will go directly toward medical expenses, funeral costs for Harlow, and helping cover everyday living expenses, as they will be unable to work for the foreseeable future. This will allow them to focus on healing and remembering their beloved daughter,” the fundraiser said.

Authorities charged Banks with 10 counts, including first-degree murder and attempted murder.

A 21-year-old Delta Township, Michigan, man is accused of killing a child and injuring three adults after he hit a family with his vehicle who was out for a walk and then fired a weapon, authorities said.

On Tuesday, Alexander Lamar Banks Jr. was charged with homicide, four counts of felony firearm, three counts of assault with intent to murder, carrying a weapon with unlawful intent and possession of a loaded firearm in a vehicle.
