The chairman of the2028 Los Angeles Olympics,Casey Wasserman, has slashed the asking price of his his designer,Stanley Kubrick-inspired L.A. abode by an eye-watering $2.6 million.

The sports mogul, who founded the sports-marketing and talent agency, Wasserman, put his award-winning dwelling on the market for $32.5 million in September 2025, five years after the property was named the winner of the AIALos AngelesAward for most influential architecture of 2020.

However, aftermonths of failing to attract a buyer,Wasserman, 51, put a steep $2.6 million discount on the property, bringing the total down to $29.9 million.

The decrease in his asking price comes after L.A. Mayor Karen Bass called for Wasserman to step down over ties to to Jeffrey Epstein’s former girlfriend.

Bass toldCNN, “My opinion is that he should step down.”

However, just last week, the L.A. 2028 organizing board encouraged Wasserman to stay.

The sports tycoon’s Hollywood Hills property, though perhaps not quite as luxurious as his former dwelling, offers plenty of perks, including a futuristic design and “jetliner views” as well as many high-end amenities, from a professional theater to a private dance studio.
