The Gateway Pundit reportedon the speculation that AOC’s decision to speak on foreign policy at the Munich Security Conference was her way to signal a possible 2028 run.

Her debut, however, was a disaster, as shefaceplantedon the world stage and her word saladblundersdrewmockeryacross the globe.

When a moderator at the eventaskedher if the US should commit troops to defend against China, she delivered what Vice President JD Vance called“the most uncomfortable 20 seconds of television I’ve ever seen…”

“Um, you know, I think that, uh, this is such a, uh, you know, I — I think that this is a, umm, this is of course a, uh, a very longstanding, um, policy of the United States – uh and I think what we are hoping for is we want to make sure that we never get to that point,” she fumbled.

“And we want to make sure that we are moving all of our economic research and global positions to avoid any such confrontation and for that question to even arise,” she said.

AOC also incorrectlystatedthat Venezuela was below the equator andcalledSecretary of State Marco Rubio racist for saying cowboys came from Spain.

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld noted that AOC’s performance exposes the benefit from what he called a “binary filter” inside the U.S.

Gutfeld first mocked AOC for her take on cowboys, pointing out an ironic twist.

“The way she mocked JD Vance, the idea that American cowboys came from Spain, that, that was so stupid. She’s wrong.”

“They were brought there, I don’t know, in the 15th century by some guy. Get this. Do you know what his name is? Cortés. She’s a direct descendant of the guy that brought the horses to Mexico and then to America.”
