New Delhi:Iranian citizens have reported a loud explosion inTehran's Parand city near Islamic Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) bases, country's State Broadcaster IRIB reported. Several videos have surfaced on social media showing huge smoke rising from theblastsite, however, the cause of the explosion is not known yet. One such video appeared to be shot from a car's dash cam on a highway, capturing scenes showing smoke rising from the blast site. However, Times Now cannot independently verify the authenticity of these videos. The footage shows a handful of vehicles cruising on the highway as thick smoke is seen rising from one of the far ends, appearing in the clip.
