But mostly, her professional history and connections to organisations that have been discussed in public conversation about child safety issues. Owens emphasises she is not accusing Kirk of a crime. But argues that these details raise serious questions.
On17 February 2026, Owens posted what she described as a 'wild update ' about the so‑called 'Erika Kirk/Jillian story,' claiming she had received a tip from someone who had researched the situation and shared their findings with Jillian herself.
According to Owens, the tip indicated that 'at the time of her textual relationship with Erika, Jillian lived in a trailer park within a neighbourhood that is known for the highest incidence of child sex trafficking.'Owens said she forwarded that information to Jillian, who — Owens says — confirmed it was true.

She wrote that after Erika allegedly struck up a friendship with a 15‑year‑old girl living without a father in a trailer park, the then‑25‑year‑old Kirk 'proceeds to love‑bomb Jillian by telling her how beautiful she is.
She added that Erika reportedly asked for the girl's address to send chocolate‑covered strawberries. Owens' post alleged Erika 'knew she was a minor.' Yet organised photographs without communicating with the girl's mother. Owens said anyone defending this behaviour 'is demented.'
No law enforcement agency has confirmed any investigation or criminal charges against Erika related to these claims.
Beyond the initial Jillian claims, Owens laid out several points she said show a pattern of Kirk's proximity to child trafficking areas.
