The Bellport Garden Club is happy to invite you to “Into the Woods,” this year’s garden tour. The event will take place on Saturday, June 13, from noon to 4 p.m. and will showcase five distinct gardens in Bellport Village and East Patchogue.
On your journey through these five gardens, you will discover: an ancient Indian-inspired pavilion, an enchanting woodland garden, a Mediterranean-style pool garden, a grass tennis court, converted stables, and acres of rolling lawns along with lush perennial beds and tailored greenery.
Tickets are $35 and may be purchased in advance at the following locations: TOLA, Pamela Lerner Antiques and Bellport Framing, all located on Main St. in Bellport Village. Exchange your ticket for a Garden Entrance Program at 11:30 a.m. at the Village Gazebo on Bellport Lane.
Tickets may also be purchased through their website, www.bellportgardenclub, or on the day of the event at the Village Gazebo on Bellport Lane from noon to 4 p.m. The event will be held rain or shine.
This event is the club’s biggest fundraiser, which enables them to continue to beautify the community by decorating and maintaining the Bellport Village window boxes in summer and winter, awarding scholarships to worthy Bellport High School graduates, overseeing the Junior Garden Club, as well as the many other activities in which the club engages.
