Residents of Delhi have experienced continuous days of rainfall, bringing relief from the heatwave. The IMD has now issued a yellow alert for today and tomorrow.

The IMD has issued a weather forecast for the next seven days for Delhi. On June 4, the minimum temperature is expected to range between27 Degrees Celsius and 29 Degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is expected to range between37 Degrees Celsius and 39 Degrees Celsius, with a yellow alert and the prediction, “Partly cloudy sky becoming generally cloudy. A spell of light rain accompanied by thunderstorms/lightning and strong winds reaching 40–50 kmph, gusting up to 60 kmph, during the forenoon to afternoon. Another spell of very light to light rain accompanied by thunderstorms/lightning is likely during the night.”

On Friday (June 5), the IMD has also issued a yellow alert, with predictions of, “Generally cloudy sky. A spell of light rain accompanied by thunderstorms/lightning and strong winds reaching 40–50 kmph, gusting up to 60 kmph, during the morning to forenoon. Another spell of very light rain accompanied by thunderstorms/lightning is likely during the evening/night.” The minimum temperature is expected to range between27 Degrees Celsius and 29 Degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is expected to be between36 Degrees Celsius and 38 Degrees Celsius.

On Saturday (June 6), the IMD has not issued any alert. The maximum temperature is expected to range between36 Degrees Celsius and 38 Degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to be between27 Degrees Celsius and 29 Degrees Celsius. The forecast states, “Partly cloudy sky. A spell of very light rain/light rain accompanied by thunderstorms/lightning and strong wind speeds reaching 40–50 kmph, gusting up to 60 kmph, during the morning/forenoon.”

On Sunday (June 7), Monday (June 8), and Tuesday (June 9), no alerts have been issued, and the forecast indicatesmainly clear skies. During these days, the maximum temperature is expected to range between38 Degrees Celsius and 41 Degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to be between27 Degrees Celsius and 30 Degrees Celsius.
