Kid Rock has joined forces with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in an unusual video campaign supporting the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services' initiative, Make America Healthy Again, or MAHA.
The video, which raised eyebrows for its AI-like quality, features the55-year-old Detroit rocker, known for his controversial persona, and RFK Jr. working out shirtless and sipping whole milk whilst lounging in a hot tub to the tune of Kid Rock's Bawitdaba.
The72-year-old Health Secretaryposted the video, dubbed Secretary Kennedy and Kid Rock's Rock Out Work Out, on X, captioning it, "I've teamed up with @KidRock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD."
The official Department of Health and Human Services account shared the video again, with the caption "BawitMAHA."
In the peculiar campaign, Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, is seen exercising shirtless in jeans alongside RFK Jr., who recently confessed to past drug use involving toilet seats, reports theIrish Star.

The pair utilizes various workout gear, including a stationary bike, oddly placed inside a sauna. RFK Jr. takes a cold plunge in his jeans after Kid Rock gives the camera the middle finger. They also seem to engage in a game of pickleball, complete with added flame and lightning effects.
Perhaps the most bizarre moment of the video occurs when the two men sit together in an indoor hot tub, drinking what appears to be glasses of milk, as a 'WHOLE MILK' graphic flashes across the screen.
Social media users were convinced the footage must be AI-generated, given its awkward nature. "It's... not ... A.I. this time. WOW," one viewer remarked.
