DelhiRestaurant Fire:A fire broke out at a restaurant in Delhi's Malviya Nagar area on Tuesday morning, triggering a swift response from the Delhi Fire Services (DFS). According to DFS officials, a call regarding the fire was received at 9:45 am, following which multiple firefighting teams were dispatched to the spot.

Firefighters rescued three people who were trapped in the basement of the building during the incident. The rescued individuals were immediately shifted to a hospital by CATS ambulances for treatment.

Officials said the rescue operation was carried out by Delhi Fire Services personnel amid dense smoke and challenging conditions inside the premises.

Earlier reports indicated that the affected building, located opposite Max Hospital in the Saket-Malviya Nagar area, houses a restaurant on the ground floor and residential units on the upper floors.

Firefighting and search operations are underway, and the exact cause of the blaze is yet to be determined. Authorities said further details will be shared as the situation develops.
