Perpetuating Falsehoods Lessens Our Causes
As we all know, the list of Democrat-generatedhoaxesis virtually endless; hoaxes are their stock and trade, and frankly their only viable strategy for maintaining (profoundly gullible) voters. In Minneapolis, right now, Leftists are devising a fresh round of despicablehoaxes.
Concurrently, it is important for anyone in the Trump Administration, Republican voters, and Conservatives in general to avoid initiating or perpetuating hoaxes, and instead call when our side is committing a falsehood. Why? For many reasons.
We do not want to engage in the same behavior and tactics of those on the Left, who gleefully launch and tout hoaxes. When weperpetuate falsehoods, we are no better than they are. Our focus should be to remain rational and objective, to proceed based oncommon sense, and to employ sound approaches to prevailing issues.
One particularhoaxwhich is trivial in the grand scheme of things, but supported by some people on the Right, is about Michelle Obama. On her podcast, she is actively carving out a niche as a compulsive complainer. Many of us cannot stand her, but that is no reason to perpetuate lies about her; the truth about her is sufficiently damning.
You might have encountered Conservative and right-leaning websites that refer to Michelle Obama as “Big Mike.” The implication is that Michelle Obama was born a male and sometime thereafter had a trans-sexual operation. This notion is complete and utter nonsense.
To be clear, the Obamas are not among my favorite couples on earth. Indeed, I rate them at thevery bottom. Obama’s eight years in office weredevastatingfor the U.S. and thedisastrous effectsare still being felt. Then Obama enjoyed a third term by becoming a major puppet master of Joe Biden and wreaking even greater damage.
Like the Clintons, the Obamas simply won’t go away. Barack campaigned heavily for Democrats in this most recent election season. Michelle, via her aforementioned podcast and media appearances, basically never shuts up. To the issue, however: was Michelle Obama ever a male? The definitive answer requires less than five seconds.
