We are pretending to have a real case, when in fact it isn’t a real case at all. But there are a number of cases that came out of this disclosure of tax returns. And in those cases, the government is supposed to fight them. The government is supposed to litigate. Was there was it was the case filed in time? Was there a statute of limitations? Issues are the right parties. This was filed in January and ended in may. There was no fighting. There was no issue. Nothing was raised. And this is our money. And you would expect the government to guard our money in a meaningful way. And that wasn’t done here.”
