Signature Premier Properties, Long Island’s largest independent real estate firm, opened its 23rdoffice located at 12 Roosevelt Ave., Roslyn.

The celebration marks the continued expansion of Signature across Long Island.

Dignitaries attending included Town of North Hempstead SupervisorJennifer DeSena, Roslyn Village Mayor John Durkin, and representatives from state Assembly Member Charles D. Levine and North Hempstead Council Member Mariann Dalimonte. Roslyn Chamber of Commerce President Gwen Levy, Vice Presidents Barbara Kaplan and Melissa Spitalnick and board members Prashant Gupta, Graciela Hall and Garnet Ardila participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Signature Premier Properties is independently owned by Peter Morris and Kathy Viard. The new Roslyn office, managed by real estate veteran Miriam Hagendorn, is home to several top-producing agents and teams. As of 2026, Signature Premier Properties ranks among the top five % of real estate firms in the nation according to both RISMedia and RealTrends.
