Bern:An unidentified person reportedly stabbed three people at a train station in the Swiss city of Winterthur near Zurich. As per the police, the knife attack took place at around 2.30 am ET. After the incident, the police swung into action and arrested the attacker. He has been identified as a 31-year-old Swiss national.
The three victims were immediately taken to a hospital for treatment. A video is going viral on social media, in which the suspect is seen running out of the station in Winterthur, shouting, "Allahu Akbar (Arabic phrase meaning Allah is great)."
The reason for the attack is not known yet. A detailed investigation has been launched into the matter.
