Imran Khan found support from unexpected quarters while his own countrymen continued to look away, as cricket legends, including Indian cricket heroes Sunil Gavaskar and Kapil Dev, were among 14 former captains from sporting teams across the world, who wrote a letter to Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
