The South Carolina Senate on Saturday advanced a 2026 redistricting map that eliminates its racially gerrymandered seat.
Seven RINOs voted no: Bennett, Campsen, Davis, Hembree, Massey, Rankin and Zell.
Cloture has been invoked by a 26-18 vote.
