The court said Bushart’s free speech rights were violated.

Also on Friday,theNY Postreported that the federal government dropped charges against violent Chicago anti-Ice protesters before their trial. This comes after a federal judge called out prosecutors for rigging the grand jury to secure an indictment. This comes after US Attorney Andrew Boutros announced his office was dropping the charges with prejudice after a prosecutor met with a grand juror outside proceedings and panelists who refused to vote for an indictment being removed from the pool.
