Russian President Vladimir Putin said Friday that the death toll in a Ukrainian drone strike on a college dormitory in occupied east Ukraine had risen to six dead, with 15 people missing, calling it a “terrorist strike”.

“At the moment, it is known that six people were killed, 39 were wounded and 15 people are unaccounted for, as the search through the rubble is still ongoing,” Putin said in televised comments, ordering Russia’s army to “prepare suggestions” for a retaliation.
