SUBRAMANYAM: “First, we need a firm commitment from everyone in Congress, as well as the president himself, that she is not going to get pardoned. Her sentence should not be commuted in any way, shape or form. She should serve out her entire term. Second, we need to put pressure on this administration to move her back. We have not gotten a good explanation as to why she was moved in the first place. All we know is that she was moved as soon as Todd Blanche, the acting AG, interviewed her for 6 hours. I don't think that was a coincidence. And I don't think the idea of her being pardoned, being hung out there in the public is a coincidence either. So we need firm commitments that she will not get a pardon and we need her moved back.”
