Newlysurfaced videocaptures the shocking moment a juvenile driver struck a crowd of people in a deadly Saturday-night crash that killed three people and injured multiple others in Oakland.
In the footage, thedriver speedsdown the road before slamming into victims and vehicles gathered on the sidewalk near a liquor store.
Witnesses said the suspect then tried to flee the scene but was stopped by bystanders before police arrived and arrested him.

The horrific crash happened just before 11:15 p.m. near the intersection of International Boulevard and 85th Avenue, according to theOakland Fire Department.
Officials pronounced three victims dead at the scene. Three others were taken to a hospital, including two who were said to be in critical condition.
