This is the shocking moment aBritish touristused a metal post to smash up check-in kiosks, nearby counters and railings during an early morning rampage inHong KongAirport. During his rampage, the man, 35, damaged 10 check-in desks at the airport's Terminal 1 at around 6am local time on Monday (February 16), before being arrested for possessingViagra.
The man, who arrived in Hong Kong in November and was intending to buy a ticket to leave, was arrested on suspicion ofcriminal damageand for possessing four Viagra pills. Shocking footage shows the vandal, wearing blue jeans, a black jumper and a black man bag, shovingkiosksto the floor in front of shocked travellers. He then picked up a metal pole and repeatedly smashed it into the check-in screens before using his trolley to knock down railings and attacking the desks and damaging a glass panel, according to local media.

"Airport Authority staff andairportsecurity personnel rushed to the scene and warned the man to stop causing further damage," a spokesperson for the authority said. "Police have arrested the man and launched an investigation."
Police confirmed he was a 35-year-old British tourist, and he was arrested for criminal damage and possession of "part one" poisons found in his suitcase. Viagra pills are illegal to possess inHong Kongwithout a prescription. Those possessing the impotence drug can face up to two years in jail and a £9,400 fine.
The man was arrested at the bus unloading area at the airport.
