The stealth specialist will debut in Operation Silent Hunt, launching on 3 March, equipping players with innovative gadgets, adaptable abilities, and a versatile weapons loadout that could redefine competitive play.

Solid Snake's primary gadget, the Soliton Radar MKIII, offers players a detailed floorplan of the immediate area while detecting enemy Operators, as reported by Ubisoft. This tool promises to deliver real-time tactical intelligence, potentially forcing defenders to overhaul their strategies and approach every round with heightened caution.

The radar employs a color-coded system for quick threat assessment: green indicates clear areas, yellow highlights active CCTV cameras, and red signals enemy presence. Activating precision mode further enhances its utility, revealing position icons and vision cones of detected enemies to provide attackers with a significant edge.

However, the Soliton Radar MKIII has defined limitations, scanning only the floor Solid Snake occupies and any connected staircases. It can be disrupted by defender gadgets such as Mute's jammers or Vigil's Electronic Rendering Cloak, adding layers of counterplay to maintain balance in matches.
