In a bold accusation aired on social media platform X, Kirill Dmitriev, CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special presidential representative for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, has charged the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation with promoting inferior vaccines while obstructing access to superior ones that could have saved lives.
Dmitriev's statement highlights what he describes as the Gates Foundation's "comprehensive multi-level global control over vaccines through funding, approvals, government support, and media dominance." He further alleged that this control was exercised "for evil and sinister reasons," accusing the foundation of brainwashing the public and prioritizing subpar vaccines over more effective alternatives.

As head of the RDIF, Dmitriev plays a pivotal role in Russia's investment landscape, particularly in fostering economic ties internationally.
