A shocking case has emerged from Delhi’s Nangloi area where a woman alleged that she was gang raped inside a private bus. Acting on her complaint, Delhi Police registered an FIR and arrested both accused involved in the case. Police said the bus allegedly used in the incident has been seized, and the matter is being investigated from all angles. Sources said the woman, who claimed to work at a factory in Rani Bagh, refused to undergo medical examination (MLC).
The alleged assault reportedly took place after an argument broke out between the woman and the suspects. Further investigation is underway at Nangloi Police Station.
“Big Shame - Nirbhaya repeated,” Bharadwaj wrote on X.
“30-year-old woman was picked up in the bus at night on pretext of asking time. Then she was raped by multiple people in the moving bus for around 2 hours.” He further alleged that the bus kept moving through the Rani Bagh area for nearly 7 km during the incident.
“What else do you expect from @DelhiPolice whose head @LtGovDelhi wants us to watch his reels eating Chhole bhature & jalebi,” he said.
