The founder of the outlaw biker gang “Punjabi Devils” will spend the next five years behind barsfollowing a massive illegal firearms bustin the Central Valley.

Jashanpreet Singh, 27, was sentenced on Monday by a U.S. District Judge to five years and four months in prison for the unlawfuldealing of firearms and unlawful possession of a machine gun, the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California announced.

Singh is the boss of the Stockton-basedbiker gangassociated with theHells Angels.

He was busted in June 2025 trying to sell illegal weapons to an undercover officer — including assault weapons, three machine gun converters and other guns, the DOJ said.

During a search of his property, officers said they found additional firearms and a fused “pineapple” hand grenade and a military electronic capped “claymore” mine and had to detonate the explosives at the residence, per the release.

A month later, he skipped his court appearance in San Joaquin County court on state charges. Officials said he was trying to flee the state and head to India.

US Customs and Border Protection agents were waiting for him on July 23 atSan Francisco International Airportas he tried to catch a flight out of America, according to the DOJ.

He was then taken into federal custody where he remains. In February, thefeds saidhe pleaded guilty to trying to sell illegal firearms.
