In the latest horrible chapter of unchecked illegal immigration, a young pregnant American teenager in Dallas had her world destroyed when two criminal invaders chased her down after a minor gas station spat and pumped bullets into her car.
The gunfire tore through her body, killing her unborn child in the womb. She survived emergency surgery. Her baby did not. This is not an isolated horror story — it is the direct, predictable result of open-border insanity that puts American lives at risk every single day.
The incident unfolded in the early morning hours of May 3 in Dallas’ Pleasant Grove area. According to police and court records, the nightmare began at a 7-Eleven on South Buckner Boulevard. One of the victims got into a physical and verbal argument with the two suspects. Instead of walking away, the suspects followed the victims’ vehicle onto Wimbelton Way and opened fire.

The pregnant teen — identified as a minor named Natalie Rossainz — was sitting in the front passenger seat, 22 weeks along. Bullets ripped into both of her thighs and through her pelvis, striking the unborn baby.
She was rushed to Baylor Hospital, where doctors performed an emergency C-section. The child did not survive. Two other passengers in the car were also wounded. The suspects fled but were chased by police, crashed their vehicle, and were arrested. Officers recovered a handgun, cocaine, and MDMA from the scene.
The suspects are 17-year-old Yeremy Alexander Zapata Aleman, a Honduran national, and 20-year-old Keyner Ariel Calero-Jiron, a Nicaraguan who illegally entered the United States in 2022. Both are in the country illegally.
ICE has placed detainers on them for deportation once criminal proceedings conclude. They face capital murder charges along with multiple counts of aggravated assault, evading arrest, and drug possession. Bond for each has been set at more than $1 million.
The victim’s grandmother, Cynthia Trevino, did not hold back her grief and rage. “I’m very angry,” she told FOX 4. “Why in the world do they have guns?” Her granddaughter’s life is forever altered, her first child ripped away in a moment of pointless savagery by scum who should never have been in the country to begin with.
