Berry Hill Elementarywas transformed into a gallery of American heroes last week as the fourth-grade students hosted their highly anticipated event, Living Wax Museum. After weeks of diligent research and preparation, students invited their families to tour the “museum” and meet some of the most influential figures from our nation’s past.
From the revolutionary insights of Abigail Adams to the patriotic bravery of Nathanial Hale, the classrooms were filled with young historians dressed in meticulously crafted costumes. Visitors had the chance to “activate” each historical figure to hear a first-person account of their life, achievements, and impact on American history.
