Virginia Democrats are now openly floating a scheme to purge the entire state Supreme Court after it dared to strike down their rigged gerrymandering power play.

Just days after the Virginia Supreme Court delivered amassive victory for election integrity by ruling 4-3that Democrats’ sleazy redistricting referendum was unconstitutional from the start, the Democrats are scrambling for revenge.

Their latest authoritarian brainstorm? Lower the mandatory retirement age for judges from 73 to 54, exactly the age of the youngest sitting justice and force every single justice off the bench immediately.

This would hand the Democrat-controlled legislature the power to pack the court with their hand-picked cronies, who would then dutifully rubber-stamp the illegal congressional map Democrats tried to ram through.

House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-La.) wrote on X:

“Just so we’re clear: Democrats want to rewrite the Virginia Constitution because the State Supreme Court rejected their unconstitutional maps. For a party that loves to chant “No Kings,” this is VERY undemocratic.”

Democrats are struggling to respond to a major redistricting setback in Virginia, with some party leaders discussing an audacious and possibly far-fetched idea for trying to restore a congressional map voided by the court but showing little indication they have a clear plan.
