Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has officially opened a Pentagon legal investigation into far-left Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) for what appears to be an outright violation of his oath by leaking details from a CLASSIFIED briefing on U.S. weapons stockpiles during a Sunday appearance on CBS’s Face the Nation.

During the CBS interview with Margaret Brennan, Kelly warned that the United States had gone “shockingly deep” into critical weapons inventories amid the growing Iran conflict and rattled off a list of strategic munitions allegedly under strain, including Tomahawk missiles, ATACMS systems, Patriot interceptors, THAAD rounds, and SM-3 missiles.

“After hearing the Pentagon classified brief on Iran war impact on US weapons stockpiles, Senator Mark Kelly says it is “shocking how deep we have gone into these magazines.” He said the Tomahawks, ATACMS, SM-3, THAAD rounds, Patriot rounds, so those interceptor rounds to defend ourselves have been hit hard. He says it’ll take years to replenish those stockpiles, which could affect a hypothetical US conflict with China.”
