I want to keep saying that word because I can’t verify any of it. Mr. Shoigu, his former defense minister, his Security Council head was behind it. I’m not sure of the validity of this. I’ve seen many of these kind of reports for years and years, but the fact that it’s being floated, the fact that there’s nervousness, there’s division amongst elites inside Russia, there’s an exhaustion with the war inside Russia.
