At the Munich Security Conference, former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton delivered a scathing rebuke of the Trump Administration's stance on Ukraine, labeling it "disgraceful" and accusing it of pushing Ukraine toward a surrender deal with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In a pointed rush excerpt from her remarks, Clinton stated: "I think that the Trump Administration’s position towards Ukraine is disgraceful. I think the effort to force Ukraine into a surrender deal with Putin is shameful."

Clinton further condemned what she described as a joint effort by Putin and former President Donald Trump, saying, "I think the effort that Putin and Trump are making to profit off the misery and death of the Ukrainian people is a his doric error and corrupt to the nth degree."

She emphasized Ukraine's pivotal role in defending democratic values, declaring, "And, oh, I I, believe Ukraine is fighting for our democracy and our values of freedom and civilization, on the front lines losing thousands of people and having their country destroyed by one man’s mania to control them."

Clinton expressed deep frustration with Trump's apparent indifference, adding, "and I think Trump either doesn’t understand or could care less about that suffering. So that’s what I think."

Her comments at the prestigious Munich Security Conference underscore ongoing tensions in U.S. foreign policy debates over support for Ukraine amid its conflict with Russia, highlighting Clinton's unyielding criticism of the Trump Administration's approach.
