Actress Yoon Eun-hye has emerged as a subject of envy for weight watchers with her slim waistline and flat stomach even while sitting down.

Recently, Yoon shared photos on social media showing herself enjoying time with friends at a swimming pool.

Wearing a swimsuit, she showed no visible belly fat even while seated, hinting at how strictly she manages her physique. Known for maintaining an appearance not much different from her debut days, Yoon had previously revealed a meal that balances “taste,” “stable blood sugar” and “satiety.”

The dish she introduced was a “pollock roe and avocado rice bowl” served with arugula. Yoon said, “Sometimes I spend more time making it, and sometimes I throw it together quickly."

Avocados and eggs are considered an excellent pairing for people managing their weight. They can help reduce hunger and prevent overeating, which are common during dieting.

Avocados are high in fat. Many people assume that “high-fat foods cause weight gain,” but that is only partly true. The effect depends on the type of fat and how it is incorporated into the diet. The unsaturated fats in avocados slow digestion and help people feel full longer. However, because avocados are calorie dense, moderation is important.

Eggs are a high-quality protein source. In particular, the yolk contains choline, which helps break down body fat. Protein-rich eggs also support satiety and muscle maintenance. Together, eggs and avocados provide a balance of healthy fats and quality protein.
