WHO is a scam. And what "outbreak"? 8 total reported cases is now considered as an outbreak? LOL. Hantavirus has been around for a long time. Just US alone sees ~50 Hantavirus cases per year.
These agencies will release the viruses themselves to protect their bottom line and justify their existence.
