Edmond police announced Thursday that Jaylan Amhad Davis, 18, of Oklahoma City, turned himself in and was arrested in connection with the deadlyMay 3 mass shootingat Spring Creek Park Campground in Lake Arcadia.
Davis now faces a felony murder charge.

According to authorities, the chaos erupted around 9 p.m. Sunday when an argument between two women escalated into a violent clash involving rival gangs.
More than 80 rounds were fired into the large crowd of teens and young adults gathered at the lakeside location.
Avianna Smith-Gray, 18, was killed.
The remaining 22 victims suffered gunshot wounds and were transported to area hospitals.
